It usually starts with one problem...
A recent project started with a client wanting a better way to collect documents and information from her customers.
But as we worked together, she started telling me about all the other things taking up her time and headspace.
Appointments. Emails. WhatsApp. Customer updates. Follow-ups. Payments. Different systems holding different pieces of information.
None of those things individually sounded enormous.
Together, they were creating a huge amount of mental load and repetitive work.
So the project changed.
Instead of simply giving her another piece of software, we're looking at how those parts of her business can work together, what can happen automatically and what she shouldn't have to remember at all.
That's Flow.
